Corporate lawyer

We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support the company's operations at both national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide legal expertise on client contracts.
  

• Support agency, partnership, and other commercial agreements.
  

• Assist with international transactions and collaborate with foreign clients and partners.
  

• Assess legal risks and protect the company's interests.
  

• Provide legal support for the company's operations and develop internal regulatory documents.
  

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage employment contracts, addendums, and HR-related documentation.
  

• Develop job descriptions and provide guidance on labor law matters.
  

Requirements

• Higher legal education (Law degree).
  

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate law.
  

• Experience working with UAE jurisdiction.
  

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for communication with international clients and partners.
  

• Strong understanding of international business and legal frameworks will be considered an advantage.
  

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in an international environment.
  

What We Offer

• Fully remote work.
  

• Flexible schedule with a daily workload of up to 8 hours; the main requirement is to complete tasks on time and remain available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Moscow time).
  

• Salary: 80,000 RUB net per month.
  

• 28 days of paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment.
  

• 3 paid days off every 3 months.
