Title: Sales Enablement Manager

Team: Network Solutions

Location: Remote; US or CA (EST or CST)

Why This Role Exists

The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in helping Phreesia’s client-facing Network Solutions teams succeed by developing and delivering strategic enablement programs, training, tools, and resources. Working cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market development, this role drives alignment, supports go-to-market initiatives, and equips teams with the knowledge and skills needed to increase productivity, improve performance, and deliver stronger business outcomes.

  • Develop impactful learning programs: Design and coordinate foundational training, ongoing upskilling initiatives, and certification programs that help teams strengthen skills, improve performance, and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for client-facing teams: Identify and surface the right tools, resources, and collateral at the right time, ensuring materials are easy to access, easy to use, and consistently reinforced across supported teams.

  • Stay close to the business and the field: Conduct market research, gather stakeholder and customer feedback, and regularly observe team interactions through Gong, live calls, and in-person meetings to understand challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement and measurable impact: Contribute to the Sales Enablement roadmap, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across client partnership teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You will be a great fit if you are:

  • Enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, compelling training, presentations, and enablement resources that help teams perform at their best.

  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and are skilled at building relationships, managing projects, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Feel confident facilitating training sessions, presenting to adult learners, and coaching others through change and new initiatives.

  • Bring a proactive, creative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Have a passion for professional selling, continuous learning, and helping client-facing teams improve productivity, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
