Job description

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT product companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch IT product businesses and win in global markets.

PawChamp is a mobile app and online platform for pet parents — dog owners — that allows them to train their pets and learn more about dog care and training through 24/7 chats with experts, the AI companion Pawchie, and educational materials created in collaboration with dog trainers. We provide users with personalized daily lessons covering all aspects of dog training, from basic commands to solving behavioral problems. Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the global online dog training market and be a company that can meet all the needs of pet parents and their dogs beyond training.

We are currently looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Manager who will work on organizing the creation of creative content and improving its quality for the launch of advertising campaigns, analyze the market and follow trends in advertising content in the domain sphere, and research triggers and pain points of the target audience.

We expect you to:

— Have lots of creative ideas and want to bring them to life;

— Want to work in a creative team;

— Want to test how consumers react to your ideas;

— Want to quickly see the results of your ideas expressed in marketing metrics;

— Love structure and process in your work.

What we will do:

— Continuously generate new ideas for creatives;

— Analyze the market in terms of creative components;

— Set tasks for the design team;

— Analyze the results of creatives;

— Generate and test marketing hypotheses using creatives;

— Research the target audience through creative marketing.

What you need to join us:

— Desire to develop and be initiative;

— Ability to present the results of your research in a structured manner;

— Analytical skills;

— Basic understanding of digital marketing;

— Ability to use Spy Tools (for example: Big spy, Similarweb, others);

— Excel/Google Sheets skills;

— Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
