Want to help drive growth for a company building the technical teams behind ambitious AI products? FutureProofing embeds senior, AI-native engineers directly into founding teams so they can ship real LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems in weeks, not months. We're looking for highly proactive relationship-builders who thrive in fast-moving environments, love outbound strategy, and know how to create momentum from conversations. This is not a passive account management role. This is for people who enjoy opening doors, building trust quickly, and understanding what actually drives value for the founders and investors they talk to.

FutureProofing is growing quickly, and the partnerships we build are getting deeper. As demand increases, we need strong Engagement Managers who can generate opportunities, build relationships with startup leaders, and drive strategic conversations that turn into long-term partnerships. This role exists to help scale our outbound, partnership, and client acquisition efforts.

FutureProofing assembles founding technical teams to build AI-native products and platforms for our partners. We pair AI engineers, technical product managers, and rapid prototyping workflows with the founders, operators, and innovation teams who need to ship fast. Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or account management

  • Experience operating in startup or fast-paced environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience handling client-facing conversations independently

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building

  • Familiarity with how startups raise, grow, and get evaluated. You understand what founders and investors care about and can speak credibly to it.
