About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable delivery managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered operational systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to delivery management, project planning, execution requirements, and practical aspects of delivery operations

• Evaluate AI responses for operational accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements

• Draft realistic delivery management scenarios based on your direct professional experience

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. delivery manager, client, project stakeholder, or vendor)

• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true delivery management reasoning, authentic operational procedures, and practical management approaches. Rather than conducting traditional delivery management work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about delivery processes at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level delivery manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

• Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing delivery strategies and projects

• Skilled at evaluating operational processes, requirements, and compliance

• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
