Please note: This is a remote position however candidates must be located within a drivable commute to our downtown Dallas, TX Office for training and team meetings.  

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in Property Management operations, are passionate about customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our Construction team. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide direct support to field-level property management, including responding to resident inquiries, providing them with outstanding service, and coordinating with field operations. This is an administrative role, it is not hands-on field maintenance.

The Role:  Evening & weekend cover - Wednesday - Friday 4:30pm -11:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 3:30pm -11:30pm (1hr break). 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident service requests within All markets representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Intake, vet, and coordinate resident service requests, communicating with maintenance providers to ensure timely completion aligned with company standards.
  • Interact with residents with professionalism and courtesy while collaborating effectively with internal team members.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and demonstrate competency across all resident interactions—including phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person communication.
  • Perform vendor management tasks such as addressing vendor questions, setting appropriate expectations, and providing training aligned with company protocols.
  • Manage workload in accordance with company standards, including adherence to department-wide KPIs.
  • Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication or appropriate redirection.
  • Manage escalated work orders during afterhours and collaborate with the compliance team to document all issues reported
  • Maintain an organized and consistent filing system on a company shared drive, in accordance with Evergreen procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School graduate.
  • Minimum of one-year previous experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer and resident experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Interacts productively in person and through technology with co-workers and team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, ability to comfortably navigate new technology and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Work and Excel is required.
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Additional Information. The role will require:

  • Regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and repetitive motion.
  • Routine use of standard office equipment and computers.
  • That all duties are performed in a professional and safe manner.
  • Standard workdays are Monday and Tuesday OFF, Wednesday - Friday - 4:30pm -11:30pm, Saturday & Sunday - 3:30-11:30pm
