Job Summary

The Principal Staffing Consultant collaborates with internal teams to engage customers, conduct discovery calls, and provide service overviews to generate interest in Staffing and Staff Augmentation Solutions.

Role Description

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, ensuring timely and successful candidate placement.

  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages to secure top talent.

  • Lead other Recruiters – Mentorship

  • Set Activity & Production pace for Recruiting Team

  • Proven success in Gross Margin production

  • Highly adaptable, innovative, and results-driven with the ability to thrive under multiple priorities.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
