$80 to $90 per hour with a conversion salary of $175K to $185K annual salary
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business initiatives. This role combines enterprise architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on Salesforce expertise to deliver secure, high-performing, and integrated solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural vision, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce architectures and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Define scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations with third-party and enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, and related technologies.
- Establish architecture standards, governance practices, security controls, and development best practices.
- Guide software engineering teams through solution design, development, deployment, and optimization efforts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
- Create architecture documentation, process models, data models, and technical specifications.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies for Salesforce platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across multiple projects and teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- 6+ years of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation experience.
- Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
- Experience designing and managing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, governance, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and API management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security frameworks.
