Account Executive, WFM solutions

$85,000 plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with ERP partner sales representatives to drive co-sell opportunities for WFM solutions
- Act as the go-to WFM resource and trusted advisor for partner sales teams
- Identify and influence upgrade, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts
- Engage customer executives and decision-makers alongside partner reps to support deal progression
- Support the full partner-sourced sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through close
- Coordinate internal resources (solution consultants, delivery, marketing) to support joint demos, discovery sessions, proposals, and presentations
- Develop and execute territory and account mapping strategies in partnership with the partner's sales organization
- Represent the partnership at partner-hosted events, industry conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity tied to partner-sourced opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the partner's channel/alliance team, as well as internal delivery, marketing, and leadership, to support joint growth initiatives
- Stay informed on partner roadmaps, customer operational challenges, and ERP/HCM/WFM trends to position solutions effectively with partner re
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP/Workforce Management channel sales, partnerships, or alliance management
- Experience working with or alongside ERP vendor sales organizations
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partner sales reps who don't report to you
- Ability to communicate effectively with both partner sales reps and executive-level customer stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through indirect/partner channels and support deals to close
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events
