Job description

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ. 

The Adoption Issue Advisor plays a critical role in advancing transformation by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving barriers that affect adoption across people, process, and technology. This strategic individual contributor partners across teams to bring visibility to issues, align stakeholders around the highest-value solutions, and accelerate progress toward business outcomes. Responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape adoption success by driving issue resolution, influencing priorities, and creating transparency across complex initiatives:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of adoption issues, from intake and triage through resolution, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze root causes, business impact, and trends to prioritize the issues that most affect transformation outcomes and operational performance.
  • Drive alignment across technology, program, operations, and adoption teams to accelerate fixes, enhancements, and timely decision-making.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools that provide clear visibility into issue status, risks, and resolution progress.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leaders and partners in a clear, compelling way.
  • Identify systemic breakdowns and improvement opportunities that strengthen adoption, support continuous learning, and improve long-term results.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 8+ years of experience using data and insights to solve business problems and improve organizational outcomes.
  • 7+ years of experience improving business processes, leading cross-functional problem solving, or driving operational change.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to assess root causes and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear storytelling and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicare or Commercial network, contract, and demographic provider data elements.
  • Experience working in CPF or HCPM systems.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
