Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 720000 (ie INR 6-7.2 LPA)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Designer to contribute to a fast-paced FMCG-focused project, creating visually compelling digital content and campaign assets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows and motion design expertise. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that enhances brand storytelling, drives engagement, and supports marketing objectives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working on consumer-facing brands, understands contemporary design trends, and can effectively leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This is a highly collaborative role requiring the ability to transform creative concepts into impactful visual experiences within tight timelines and dynamic project environments

  • Produce visually compelling assets optimized for digital-first consumer engagement.
  • Create multiple creative variations for campaigns while maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-driven creative technologies, and motion design best practices.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet quality, performance, and brand consistency standards.
  • Manage project deliverables efficiently while meeting timelines and creative expectations.
