We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Utility Billing and Customer Service Systems (CSS) to support enterprise-level initiatives within a utility services environment. This role requires strong SDLC knowledge, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams while driving requirements, testing, and process improvement activities.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

he expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
