Job Description:

 Project Support Assistant (Part-Time)

The Project Support Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to multiple contracts within the Peer Review and Science Management business area, supporting Federal clients. This position plays a key role in preparing reports and deliverables, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is offered on a casual basis, with shifts of up to 8 hours available on designated days.

Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor project databases to ensure that all program and project data are complete, accurate, and up to date
    • Track tasks related to virtual meetings, including participant registration, consultant agreements, and required paperwork
    • Organize, prepare, and distribute meeting materials before, during, and after events
    • Communicate with scientific staff, clients, government officials, and consultants to answer questions and provide support throughout the meeting process
    • Contribute to the improvement and execution of repeatable, scalable, process‑driven project infrastructure
    • Support administrative activities such as document compliance reviews, deliverable creation, and document production

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $19.93 - $26.97. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
