Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, increasing subscription sales, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and develop sales representatives, track performance through key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs, including closing ratio, subscription upsell performance, quality scores, and customer experience metrics.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and team effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales experience with a proven track record of successfully selling products or services directly to individual consumers.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience leading inbound and outbound sales operations.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Experience in technology services, IT support, managed services, or a related industry is a plus.
