Role Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will lead content creation and management efforts, including user-generated content (UGC), video and graphics editing, and overseeing relationships with US-based content creators. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, requiring the ability to produce high-impact content across multiple channels while tracking and optimizing performance metrics to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development
Produce compelling user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Edit and enhance videos and graphics to maintain high-quality standards across platforms, leveraging tools such as Canva and other editing software.
Develop content strategies that drive audience engagement and support broader marketing goals.
Creator Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with US-based content creators and influencers.
Coordinate production timelines, deliverables, and feedback to ensure on-time content delivery.
Provide creative direction to external creators to align content with brand guidelines.
Content Optimization & Performance
Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to track content performance and engagement.
Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms.
Manage email marketing campaigns and oversee social media content distribution.
Qualifications — Experience
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience with UGC creation and content strategy development.
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools, including Canva.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Qualifications — Skills
Strong creative vision with sharp attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with content creators and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
