Requirements

• 8–12 years in product management

• 3+ years leading product areas at a Senior Product Manager level or equivalent

• Deep background in data, analytics, BI, or data infrastructure products

• Track record of shipping meaningful product in complex B2B or enterprise environments

• Strong strategic instincts – you shape direction, not just execute it

• Experience working with or alongside US-based teams

• Comfortable with async, distributed collaboration

• Highly effective written and verbal communicator

• English fluency required

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for major product areas from discovery through launch

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and data science

• Translate complex customer and market signals into clear product decisions

• Raise the execution standard for the team through better specs, tighter scoping, and faster learning cycles

• Lead customer discovery and maintain deep feedback loops with enterprise users

• Partner directly with the Co-Founder and Head of Product on roadmap, strategy, and tradeoffs
