  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs

  • Screen candidates, share assignments, and coordinate with client managers via communication channels
  • Reach out to candidates, message them, and maintain follow-up
  • Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.)
  • Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders when needed

Job description

Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who will be responsible 100% for scheduling interviews (software engineers, designers, PMs, etc.) for ongoing hiring needs.
This is a full-time remote internship where you will gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment and talent research using LinkedIn and other ATS platforms.

Requirements:

  • Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.)

  • Mandatory: Prior experience using ATS tools like recruitee, workday, Intervue (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable)

  • Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs

  • Excellent communication and research skills

  • Must have a laptop and stable internet connection

  • Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm (remote work)

Responsibilities:

  • Screening candidates, sharing assignments, and client manager via communication channels

  • Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up

  • Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.)

  • Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly

  • Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders when needed

Job Details:

  • Work Mode: 100% Remote

  • Internship Duration: 3 months

  • Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)

  • Work Hours: 8 hours/day (flexible within business hours)
