Estamos en la búsqueda de un Sales Development Representative (SDR) enfocado en prospección comercial para el mercado norteamericano.****
🎯 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades? Prospección activa (Cold Calling): Contactar en frío a potenciales clientes en EE. UU., España y LATAM. Identificación de oportunidades: Detectar leads estratégicos en universidades, centros educativos y profesionales del sector sanitario. Venta consultiva: Presentar el producto, entender las necesidades del cliente y explicar el valor tecnológico del software. Gestión de Pipeline: Agendar reuniones demostrativas para el equipo comercial y realizar demos básicas del simulador. Construcción de relaciones: Fidelizar prospectos y stakeholders a largo plazo.
💼 ¿Qué necesitas para postularte? (Requisitos) Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en ventas telefónicas, prospección en frío (cold calling) y generación de leads (SDR/BDR), preferiblemente en entornos B2B o ventas consultivas. Idiomas: Inglés avanzado con alta fluidez oral para negociar en el mercado estadounidense. Sector: Experiencia o conocimientos previos en el sector sanitario o educativo (Requisito obligatorio). Habilidades: Excelente dicción, escucha activa, autonomía para trabajar en entornos remotos y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido de productos tecnológicos. ⏰ Horario Laboral Lunes a Viernes de 3:00 pm a 12:00 am (Hora España) (Equivalencia aproximada Arg: 10am - 7pm )
