Role Overview

Our client is a leading provider of background screening and business services solutions, helping organizations make informed hiring decisions through accurate and efficient screening processes. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their Talent Acquisition team to support increasing hiring demands across the United States.

They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience supporting the U.S. market and managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple positions simultaneously.

The successful candidate will work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Location

  • Fully remote position within LATAM.
  • Candidates from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras are preferred, as these locations align with the current team's geographic distribution.

  • Long-term

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resumes, pre-screening questions, referrals, and job boards.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews via video calls.
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines, ATS records, and recruiting metrics.
  • Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Support candidates during the early stages of onboarding.
  • Standardize job descriptions, evaluation criteria, and recruiting workflows.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring volume.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience utilizing job boards and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
