This role sits within the Activeo business unit and focuses on pre-sales solution engineering for cloud contact centre opportunities across AWS and Cisco technologies. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to design solutions, build tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and support technical discussions throughout the sales cycle. The role combines strong technical foundations with customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
