The Role

The Finance & Accounts Manager oversees financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance for the Philippine entity, ensuring alignment with Group standards and regulations. The role manages finance governance, audits, controls, and statutory requirements while providing financial insights to support business operations and strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

The Finance & Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Philippine operations. The role ensures compliance with Philippine statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong financial controls, governance, audit readiness, and risk management practices. The position also manages payroll finance governance, maintains accurate and audit-ready financial records, and partners with Group Finance, business leaders, auditors, and external stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

  • CPA qualification preferred

  • Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and month-end close processes

  • Experience using ERP/accounting systems such as MYOB, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms

  • Experience managing Philippine statutory, tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Experience managing audits, reconciliations, and financial controls

  • Knowledge of Australian reporting standards including AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and ASX requirements

  • Experience supporting PEZA or similar government compliance/reportorial environments

  • Experience working within multinational or regional finance environments

  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial systems capability

  • Experience improving finance governance, SOPs, controls, and audit readiness practices
