Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM modules and current ServiceNow certifications (including Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITSM certification). The ideal candidate will support ongoing sprint development, production readiness, and post-deployment hypercare activities for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
This role requires strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, Knowledge)
  • Experience with Virtual Agent (VA) and Now Assist capabilities
  • Proven experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and remediation in ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting production go-live and hypercare phases
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in Agile/Scrum environments

Certifications (Must Have)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
  • ServiceNow ITSM Certification – Required
