Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM modules and current ServiceNow certifications (including Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITSM certification). The ideal candidate will support ongoing sprint development, production readiness, and post-deployment hypercare activities for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. This role requires strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
