We're at $7M+ ARR, growing toward $20M by 2027, and we're building the marketing engine that closes the gap. This role doesn't exist yet. There's no playbook to inherit, no campaigns to optimize. You're building from zero — and that's exactly the point.
Our client retention averages over 7 years. That kind of loyalty drives strong referrals — but referrals aren't a growth strategy. They're a ceiling.
We need to break through it.
We're targeting 2,500 net new locations over the next 18 months, which means building a consistent, qualified pipeline that performs every single month — not in bursts, not when sales gets lucky. A machine. That machine is your job.
This is a demanding role. The expectations are high, the timeline is aggressive, and you'll be expected to perform from day one. But you'll work directly alongside a founder who has built multiple companies from the ground up — and you'll learn more in 12 months here than most marketing professionals learn in a decade. The financial upside is real, and the impact you create here will follow you for the rest of your career.
