Summary: The primary role of the Customer Success Center Representatives is to answer inbound Arbiter and ArbiterPay phone calls, reply to emails from our clients and help with special projects as defined by their manager. This is a seasonal position and will run from date of hire until October 15th, 2026. There is a possibility of going to permanent status by the end of the season. Monday through Friday, multiple shifts available.
