Job description

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue operations. Reporting to the Senior Accountant and Finance Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing revenue calculations, issuing invoices, and reconciling customer statements and reports. This
is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue sales invoices, ensuring accurate calculations and supporting documentation.
Conduct detailed investigations and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies with customers in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth revenue operations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring revenue records are accurate and complete.
Prepare and distribute accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection of payments.
Continuously review and enhance revenue accounting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Identify and recommend improvements to revenue recognition workflows, reporting systems, and internal controls.
Liaise with external auditors and assist in audit requests.
Support the finance function in ad hoc requests and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
Proven experience in a Revenue Accountant or similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience working with an accounting package is considered to be an asset
