We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support client relationships, coordinate project execution, and ensure seamless day-to-day account operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in account management while gaining exposure to client servicing, project coordination, proposal development, commercial planning, and creative talent management.

You will work closely with senior account leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients while learning the fundamentals of managing accounts and projects at scale. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Account & Project Coordination

  • Support the management of ongoing client accounts and projects.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and status reports.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through timely communication and responsiveness.
  • Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and document key action items.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and provide project updates to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support issue resolution and help ensure a high-quality client experience.

Talent & Resource Coordination

  • Assist in identifying and coordinating suitable creative professionals for project requirements.
  • Support talent allocation based on project scope, quality standards, availability, and budget considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Proposal Development & Commercial Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, project scopes, timelines, and presentations.
  • Support pricing discussions and commercial planning activities.
  • Help develop project plans aligned with client objectives and business requirements.
  • Gain exposure to budgeting, project estimation, and commercial decision-making processes.

Reporting & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate project records, account updates, and documentation.
  • Track project progress and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure organized management of proposals, timelines, deliverables, and account-related information.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
