Project Coordinator for a Security Solutions Company in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Requirements:

• Coordinate and track active projects (security installs, electrical upgrades)
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Schedule jobs, inspections, and site visits
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Update project status in tracking systems (tickets, spreadsheets, or software)
• Prepare and organize project documentation (proposals, permits, reports, closeouts)
• Assist with material ordering and inventory coordination
• Follow up on open items such as approvals, change orders, and outstanding issues
• Support billing by confirming completed work, hours, and materials used
• Attend and document internal project meetings (notes, action items)
