Job description

We're growing — and we want you to grow with us.

Mediix is a boutique Australian healthcare recruitment agency placing medical and allied health professionals across the country. When you join us, your work genuinely matters, you'll have real autonomy.

We're currently hiring two Recruitment Consultants to take ownership of their own desk:

Desk 1 — Allied Health Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Podiatrists across locum and permanent roles.

Desk 2 — Medical Doctors across a range of specialties, locum and permanent.

What your day looks like

You'll run the full recruitment cycle — no handoffs, no siloed tasks. That means building real relationships with candidates and clients, managing vacancies from brief to placement, conducting interviews, writing compelling job ads, and keeping everything running smoothly in Bullhorn and across our systems.

You'll also have a genuine voice in how we do things. We're growing, and we want people who bring ideas, not just execution.

What you'll need

  • A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience working with Australian clients
  • Experience working with Doctors or Allied Health Professionals
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Experience in allied health or medical doctor recruitment is a big plus — but attitude and work ethic matter most to us.
