Our work depends on a Program Analyst Senior joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program known as PATH EHR. As a Program Analyst Senior supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and secure personnel access and contract security operations that directly support the customer’s modernization mission.

This position is fully remote with the possibility of up to 25% travel.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

  • Lead and manage program activities that ensure full compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards, contract security requirements, and personnel access policies, contributing to the secure and timely deployment of the IHS EHRM initiative.
  • Collaborate with GDIT and client security teams to coordinate security clearance processes, facility access, and onboarding workflows that enable project personnel to be mission‑ready.
  • Drive timely and accurate resolution of security, compliance, and access challenges by ensuring regulations are properly applied, documentation is validated, and data is kept precise within security and access management systems.
  • Utilize security and access databases, Microsoft Excel, and HR workflow systems to maintain personnel records, quality‑check clearance packets, support audits, and ensure security‑related actions meet contract and federal requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Security, Compliance, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, tracking, reporting).
  • Experience working with personnel security, access management, or HR workflow systems.
  • Ability to support internal and external compliance audits.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding workflows with attention to accuracy and documentation control.
  • Skill in performing quality assurance reviews on personnel security and access documentation.
  • Proven collaboration with cross‑functional partners, including internal teams and external security stakeholders.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.
