  • Administer projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring required deliverables of quality within specified constraints of time and cost
  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for flawless execution of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, measure project performance and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Salary Range: $32.50 - $52.00

Pay starts at $32.50 and increases according to years of applicable experience.

Experience with implementing Webex contact center preferred.

Telecom and Network experience is also preferred.

Job Description

Ensures resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, while ensuring the delivery of all projects on time, within scope and within budget. Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs. Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. Report and escalate an issues to management as needed. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required. At least three years of experience managing full life cycle projects desired.

Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred.
