Key Responsibilities
Serve as Lead Architect for Itron's ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs
Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews
Manage offshore development teams and coordinate delivery execution
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
Oversee development, configurations, and integrations for CSM Pro+
Provide technical PM oversight, including timelines, risks, and dependencies
Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Partner with stakeholders, developers, and admins to validate solutions
Support governance, documentation, and continuous platform improvement
Drive end-to-end implementation across multiple enterprise workflows
Required Skills
