ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect – Delivery Manager (CSM Pro+)
Location: (Remote – Must work in PST Time Zone)
Duration: 10+ Months
Rate: Best possible

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Lead Architect for Itron's ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation
  • Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs
  • Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews
  • Manage offshore development teams and coordinate delivery execution
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
  • Oversee development, configurations, and integrations for CSM Pro+
  • Provide technical PM oversight, including timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
  • Partner with stakeholders, developers, and admins to validate solutions
  • Support governance, documentation, and continuous platform improvement
  • Drive end-to-end implementation across multiple enterprise workflows

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation
  • Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) case management workflows
  • Experience managing offshore teams and delivery execution
  • Technical PM / Delivery management experience
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
