Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior System Engineer will provide support of Finastra’s Cornerstone products from a system and technological standpoint.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Senior Systems Engineer will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support of Unix, and Windows systems and the applications that run on them.

  • Support the resolution of vulnerabilities and system monitoring

  • Provide professional application and technical support of Finastra Cornerstone products

  • Involvement in assigned projects, throughout the release life cycle, to ensure the implementation is successful

  • Work collaboratively with Finastra technical groups for connectivity to various interfaces/applications

  • Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve application issues.

  • Follow procedures as it relates to Change management and escalations.

  • Participate in on-call rotation

  • Work assigned tickets through the full case management life cycle

  • Other duties and projects assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Experience with IBM Datapower, Unix, and Windows operating systems.

  • Experience with Qualys, Grafana, Site 24x7, Sendgrid, and Service Now applications.

  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and development skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: 90-105k
