ITC Federal, LLC (ITC) connects technology advancements in automation and AI, customer experience, and financial services to solve government mission challenges, enabling smoother operational efficiency and bolstering national security. We leverage the latest technology innovations and proven approaches to better serve the mission and support the DHS, DOJ, and DoW workforce, customers, and programs, regardless of scale or complexity. We are seeking an experienced Division Contract Director to support ITC Federal’s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s complex litigation mission.

Important: This opening is being established in connection with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. ITC Federal must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Division Contract Director is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all work for a DOJ Division under this contract and acts as the central point of contact with the Government — primarily with the Division’s COR, but also with the Lead Component COR and the Contracting Officer. PROGRAM CONTEXT:

This position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. These contracts are designed to provide DOJ offices, boards, divisions, and other federal agencies with information technology, professional services, and litigation support tools to manage complex legal proceedings efficiently.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate all work for an assigned DOJ Division under the contract.
  • Act as the central point of contact with the Government, primarily the Division’s COR, and also the Lead Component COR and the Contracting Officer.
  • Exercise full authority to act for the Contractor in performing all required work and services under all Task Orders.
  • Lead all phases of performance, including contract management, project/task management, and preparation of litigation support project plans.
  • Coordinate Division workloads and resource needs and coordinate with corporate resources and management.
  • Maintain direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Meet with the COR and/or designee weekly to review scheduling, priorities, funding, performance issues, and plans for the coming work week.
  • Present monthly in-process reviews (IPRs) to the COR comparing planned versus actual progress, and attend frequent case-specific meetings, providing brief written minutes for each.
Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate all litigation support work for a Division, including multiple complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
  • Proven capabilities and communication skills to interact successfully with the COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to attend frequent face-to-face, case-specific meetings as requested by the COR.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior DOJ or federal litigation support program experience.
  • Relevant program/project management certification (e.g., PMP).
