The ideal candidate is comfortable with high daily call volume, follows word tracks closely, and knows how to create trust quickly while staying efficient and focused on outcomes.

This is a remote, non-exempt (hourly) work-from-home role operating Monday through Friday.

  • Consistently complete 150 calls per day
  • Achieve a target of 6 or more new enrolled members per day
  • Use approved word tracks and compliant outreach language to explain the program and guide members through next steps
  • Build trust quickly with members while keeping calls focused, efficient, and enrollment-oriented
  • Clearly explain program benefits, including support from home, connected devices, and nurse-led care
  • Handle member questions and common objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Identify interested members and move them into the appropriate next step in the enrollment process
  • Complete live transfers or scheduled handoffs as needed
  • Accurately document call outcomes, dispositions, and enrollment activity in company systems
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and complete all required outreach attempts
  • Meet productivity, quality, and conversion expectations consistently
  • Work closely with leadership and peers to improve messaging, performance, and enrollment outcomes
  • Maintain a professional and reliable remote work environment during scheduled work hours

What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, call center, customer service, patient outreach, member engagement, or enrollment support preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume outbound call environment
  • Comfortable making 150 calls per day in a structured performance-based role
  • Strong ability to follow tactical word tracks and approved messaging
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to sound clear, confident, and professional on the phone
  • Ability to overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward enrollment
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven role with daily activity and conversion goals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong personal accountability
  • Experience in healthcare, health plans, chronic care, remote patient monitoring, or member enrollment is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM, dialer, or outreach platforms is a plus
