What to expect:

  • Own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, execution, and performance across the organization

  • Build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization across outbound, inbound, sourcing, recruiting operations, and coordination

  • Drive sourcing-led hiring strategy with a focus on improving passive candidate penetration and hiring quality

  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring demand, prioritize requisitions, and align recruiting capacity to business needs

  • Establish and manage recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-first-qualified candidate, pipeline health, sourcing conversion, and hiring output

  • Ensure recruiting operations infrastructure (ATS, reporting, workflows, dashboards) enables scalable and data-driven hiring decisions

  • Build strong hiring manager engagement practices to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring decisions

  • Oversee recruiting operations and ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational rigor

  • Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with HR, Finance, and business leaders

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team of at least 15+ team members and growing

  • Continuously improve candidate experience and employer brand perception in key talent markets

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce planning

  • Experience building recruiting systems, processes, and operational frameworks at scale

  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent prioritization in high-growth environments.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data center, engineering, or similarly technical environments strongly preferred

Compensation
