As our US Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst, you’ll help leadership teams make smarter, faster decisions by transforming fragmented data into reliable operational visibility. From KPI reporting and trend analysis to reporting accuracy and workflow improvements, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping the business understand not just what the numbers are — but what they actually mean.

Maintain recurring reporting systems and dashboards.
Prepare KPI summaries and operational reports.
Validate reporting accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
Analyze trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
Improve reporting readability and accessibility.
Support operational and financial visibility initiatives.
Assist leadership with reporting-based decision-making.
Identify reporting workflow and automation opportunities.
Support operational reviews and reporting investigations.
Organize reporting structures for scalability and usability.
Improve reporting consistency across teams.
Streamline manual reporting and validation processes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Experience in business intelligence, operational reporting, or data analysis.
Strong understanding of KPI reporting and reporting validation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills.
Experience with reporting dashboards and visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and reporting gaps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI.
Experience with Tableau.
Experience with Looker Studio.
Experience with CRM reporting systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
