This position provides operations leadership, coaching, and oversight for functions of all Wholesale lines of business, with a focus on managing the Client Experience through the accurate application of enterprise guidelines and risk tolerance framework. In addition, as a member of the larger Production Support team, partner with other stakeholders to deliver credit-based and strategy-based initiatives to credit employees across all Divisions. Liaison with Wholesale sales leadership and Wholesale client support leadership. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include any/all the following, as assigned. Other duties not listed here may also be assigned: 

• Minimum of 2 years Reverse Operations Experience across CLS, PA, and Broker channels, including leadership experience within Operations. 
• (DE) Underwriting experience is preferred 
• Oversees daily loan operations workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within requires SLAs 
• Work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support to third party partners 
• Review escalations for resolution of complex issues with both internal and external partners 
• Identify areas for improving process efficiency and recommend possible improvements 
• Assists the Wholesale Operations Manager with onboarding and training team members 
• Understands government, regulatory and Mutual guidelines to ensure all loans meet these standards 
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple initiatives/deadlines occurring simultaneously 
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills 
• Other duties as assigned 

• Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
