LeanTaaS is seeking a driven and collaborative Strategy & Operations professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will own high-impact strategic analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and lead initiatives that drive business growth and operational improvement. You will report to the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations and partner closely with executive leadership to support board reporting, strategic planning, and key financial decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Function as an effective resource to executives, management teams, and our board of directors
Advise and partner with senior management and the C-suite to develop and implement growth strategies for each product line
Direct the strategic and business planning for enterprise initiatives, product business line strategies, and operational improvements for the company
Develop perspectives on market conditions, competition, opportunities, and strategic relationships to be considered for each product line
Create actionable insights and implement strategies to help grow and support the business
Own and manage key operational metrics and KPIs for the business units and company
Create scalable internal processes and systems that connect and support company operational improvement across Finance, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market (GTM)
Communicate analyses and recommendations to key leaders across the organization
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum 2-5 years of post-bachelor's experience in management consulting, finance, and/or strategy and operations
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large-scale data analysis (Excel / Google Sheets)
Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is strongly preferred
Comfort working with business systems such as Salesforce, Notion, and customer success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero), or willingness to learn quickly
Experience building presentations and communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from operators to executives and board members
Passion to solve challenging problems, hunger to learn, and conviction to drive change
Excitement to learn more about the healthcare ecosystem;
Prior healthcare provider and/or healthcare software/technology experience is a plus
Excitement to join an expanding strategy and operations team at a PE-backed growth-stage company
