burning passion to close the wealth gap in America.

most importantly, learn the often overwhelming world of personal finance. 

The Goalsetter classroom platform contains K-12 student-paced and teacher-led financial
literacy curriculum based on the National Standards for Personal Financial Education and
state standards as needed. The modules are based on six pillars of personal finance and
equipped to support student learning in various learning environments.

Role Overview 

Goalsetter is seeking a highly skilled program and project manager to lead a
multi-site, school-based financial literacy initiative. This role involves collaborating
with Goalsetter corporate partners, local education agencies and stakeholders to establish and implement the overall vision of the programs and ensure that all project deliverables and goals are met. The ideal candidate will be
based in the Metro St. Louis, MO area and have a strong background in St. Louis area
education systems or community engagement, either with nonprofit or for-profit
agencies. 

As the Partner Success Manager, you will oversee several programs, including middle and high school partnerships implementing Goalsetter Classroom in various districts across the country, as well as an
after-school financial literacy program, a 529 college savings program, as well as an NIL University Partnership program, all whose goals are to benefit students across multiple high
schools and colleges/universities in both Metro St. Louis and Kansas City, MO. 

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing an engagement strategy for our partners, establishing and monitoring KPIs for the programs, developing and leading orientation, training and coaching sessions for key stakeholders, planning and managing relevant program-related events. You will
work closely with Goalsetter partners, school district officials, educators, parents,
students, and other local organizations involved in the project. This dynamic role
offers the opportunity for growth and expansion of these programs under your
leadership, reflecting our commitment to making a significant impact in the
communities we serve. 


Responsibilities 

  •  Establish and execute an engagement strategy, achieving total program adoption by districts, schools, teachers, students, and parents 
  • Implement Program and Project Management framework to laterally manage 

cross-functional teams supporting your assigned program 

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate internal processes to ensure that all 

deliverables meet designated partner needs, and are cohesive/consistent with goals and objectives 

● Understand overall business priorities of each partner related to your assigned program to ensure services the partners receive are aligned to the intended vision 

● Oversee all relative program activities including internal and external meetings, events, and classroom sessions 

  • Lead program expansion efforts in collaboration with the sales team

● Fluently understand all aspects of Goalsetter products and services, with the ability to support and execute various program deliverables that may include technical implementation or professional development 

● Manage all partner program results and reporting 

● Manage program strategy and provide proactive recommendations based on management of process to continually monitor/analyze results 

● Manage weekly partner meetings, responding promptly to partner 

communications 

● Gather and share partner feedback to improve Goalsetter’s product and services

executing a clear vision for program success. As a self-motivated and agile leader, the
candidate is adept at managing people and systems, and is deeply committed to
fostering both academic and personal achievements in students. 

Experience as an academic program or school administrator is essential, along with a
comfort level in navigating traditional educational technology systems and
understanding school programming needs. The ability to manage large-scale
projects is critical, encompassing both strategic planning and tactical execution. This
role demands a candidate who can effectively balance big-picture thinking with
attention to detail, ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of educational
programs. 


Program Development and Execution: With a solid background in school-based program management, you are adept at designing, implementing, and evaluating during and after-school programs that engage and benefit students. You have a knack for adapting programs to meet diverse needs and changing circumstances. 

Stakeholder Engagement: You excel at building and maintaining strong 

relationships with various stakeholders. You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at engaging all stakeholders and parents in supporting and enhancing the program. 

Leadership and Team Management: You are an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate colleagues, volunteers, and students. You have the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring that all team members feel valued and can contribute effectively. 

Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are capable of effectively articulating program goals to different stakeholders, including school administrators, parents, students, and community partners. 

Organizational Skills: You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the program is carefully planned and executed. 

Problem-Solving: You are a proactive problem solver, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You are able to think critically and creatively to find effective solutions that ensure the smooth running of the program.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or higher 

5+ years experience working within St. Louis area education systems 

2+ years administrative school leadership experience with demonstrated experience and results leading and managing school based programs 

Clear strategic and tactical project management experience, skilled in cross-functional leadership with proficient understanding of project management tools and systems. 

Comfortable in a remote work environment, with ability to travel to meet with partners 50% of the time

Experience with CRM’s and Project Management software
