Real Estate Finance Analyst

• Location/Type: Philippines • Remote
• Pay: $2,500-$3,000 USD/month
• Schedule: Full-time • Pacific Time hours

This is not a traditional finance analyst role.

Our client wants someone who understands real estate finance and can use Claude Code to eliminate manual reporting, spreadsheet work, and repetitive processes.

If you have U.S. real estate finance experience but have not built workflows using Claude Code, this is likely not the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Build forecasts vs. actuals for real estate assets
• Track budgets, cash flow, NOI, and performance
• Build and improve workflows using Claude Code
• Automate recurring finance and reporting tasks
• Clean rent roll, reporting, and spreadsheet data
• Create dashboards for owner-level decisions
• Spot variances and explain key drivers
• Work directly with real estate owners weekly

Must-Haves

• U.S. real estate finance experience
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills
• Hands-on Claude Code experience required
• Built AI workflows tied to finance or reporting
• Able to explain AI projects you personally built
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Available full-time during Pacific Time hours

Important

Candidates must have direct experience using Claude Code to automate workflows, reporting, analysis, or business processes.

General ChatGPT usage alone is not sufficient.

Nice to Have

• Commercial or multifamily real estate experience
• Property management finance experience
• AppFolio, Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar tools
• Python, SQL, or automation scripting
