What You Will Do
- Develop and implement category experience strategies to improve product offerings and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the PxE, SEO, and Category Merchandising teams to drive product optimizations.
- Lead the evaluation and socialization of site testing and experimentation plans.
- Manage the daily performance and continuous improvement of the ANZS websites.
- Integrate usability studies and market analysis into user experience recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, encouraging their professional development.
Your Qualifications

- 5-8+ years of digital product/website management experience.
- Proven ability to optimize end-to-end customer experiences.
- High proficiency in website analytics and CRO tools.
- Strong commercial competence and analytical skills.
- Outstanding collaborator management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Headless commerce, ideally Contentful.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile project management.
- Background in B2B and B2C digital environments.
