The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery compliance, order management, and quality case ownership for key aerospace and defense customers in Korea. This role ensures accurate documentation, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction while acting as a key interface between local customers and global internal teams.

This position reports to the Sales Leader and is part of the Aerospace OEM Sales team located in Seoul, Korea and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and manage delivery documentation and compliance processes, including Korean C of C, SAP C of C, ATP, Test Reports and etc
  • Own end-to-end order management, including contract review, delivery scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production
  • Act as CASE Owner in SmartSolve, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a key customer interface, handling inquiries, escalations, and providing solution-oriented support to aerospace customers (e.g., KAI, Hanwha)
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across delivery, order, and quality workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering or Business Development related field.
  • 5+ Years sales experience in aerospace or filtration and separation industry.
  • Strong SAP operational experience (Orders and Deliveries coordination, Documentation control tied to customer delivery)
  • Business-level English communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex customer requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within Korea on an occasional basis (customer visits / internal coordination)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Direct experience supporting Korean aerospace customers
  • Experience in SFDC/customer portal/CRM systems for delivery documentation management and compliance processes
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., continuous improvement, standardization)
  • Experience working in multinational corporation (MNC)
