Salesforce Engineers (Junior / Mid / Senior) - Remote

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.

We are currently expanding our Salesforce practice and looking for Salesforce Engineers (Junior, Mid and Senior) to join international enterprise projects across Europe.

This is an opportunity to work in modern Salesforce ecosystems, collaborating with global teams in large-scale transformation initiatives involving AI, automation and customer platforms.

What you’ll work on

• Salesforce platform development and customization
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows
• Intelligent workflow automation and process optimization
• Enterprise API and cloud integrations
• AI-driven Salesforce solutions and Agentforce initiatives
• Data Cloud and customer platform modernization projects
• Scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions
• Collaboration with international product, business and engineering teams

Requirements

Junior

• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce or strong academic/project background
• Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals
• Knowledge of Apex, LWC or Salesforce Administration
• Motivation to grow in enterprise environments
• Good communication skills in English

Mid-Level

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, APIs and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
• Understanding of scalable development best practices
• Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments

Senior

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong architecture and integration knowledge
• Experience designing scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps and cloud-native environments
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or CPQ
• Experience with AI-driven automation initiatives
• Exposure to enterprise transformation programs
• Integration experience with external platforms and APIs
