As part of our dedicated and motivated Product Development team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products consistently meet - and exceed - the expectations of both our company and our customers.
This position is offered via our global employment partner Remote.com, as we currently do not have a local legal entity in your country. You will work fully integrated with our team while being locally employed through Remote.com in compliance with local labor regulations.
Your mission
Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end and integration tests for our software products, including cross-team workflows
Analyze, review, and document test results, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve identified issues before new features and releases are finally tested by our QM-team
Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases
Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure testing aligns with business and product requirements
Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team
What you offer
Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, with professional experience in software testing or test automation
Strong experience with at least one of our preferred automation tools (Playwright or Cypress), with overall 3+ years of experience in test automation
Experience with API and Integration testing
Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex challenges, with a strong interest in AI-driven approaches to modern test automation and software quality engineering
Solid understanding of software testing principles (e.g. Test design techniques, BDD testing, ISTQB foundation-level knowledge)
Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality mindset
Ability to quickly understand existing testing processes and systematically improve them
Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and ownership
