  • zeichnest Dich durch Umsetzungsstärke sowie einen strukturierten und gründlichen Arbeitsstil aus
  • verfügst über Pragmatismus, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsfreudigkeit im Umgang mit Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, Dienstleistern und Kunden
  • hast erste Berufserfahrung im juristischen Umfeld, z.B. durch Praktika in Kanzleien, Rechtsabteilungen oder vergleichbaren Bereichen gesammelt
  • hast Lust in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten, welches nach einem ganzheitlichen Arbeitsansatz juristische und betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse verantwortet
  • besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse komplexer Vertragswerke mit Kunden unter Abwägung kaufmännischer und rechtlicher Risiken
  • Anpassung und Individualisierung von Vertragsklauseln gemäß spezifischer Kundenanforderungen und branchenspezifischer Regularien
  • Mitarbeit an arbeits-, IT- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Projekten sowie an der Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben (bspw. DSGVO, KI-Verordnung)
  • Entwicklung, Überarbeitung und Qualitätssicherung standardisierter Vertragsvorlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Internationalisierung (EU- und Nicht-EU-Raum) und damit einhergehenden Fragestellungen zum Arbeitsrecht und ausländischen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Übernahme von Spezialaufgaben in den Bereichen Lieferanten-Compliance und Corporate Governance
  • Mietvertragsmanagement inklusive Vertragsgestaltung und -prüfung
  • Analyse, Steuerung und Verbesserung organisatorischer und administrativer Prozesse
