Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer
Location: SF Bay Area, CA (Remote)
6 months
Rate: DOE $/hr. on w2 only

US Citizen and Green Card, H4-EAD only No H1B- No ThirdParty

Skills Requirement

Salesforce Service Cloud Integration, Configuration and Administration expertise
Good overall understanding of Service Cloud Architecture, Salesforce object model, and Underlying database modelling
Integration expertise with Restful API's
Experience in configuration with
- Case Management
- Rerouting
- Prioritization
- Re-assignment
- Business rules and workflow
- Building Macros

Experience with Salesforce Administration and Deployment
Experience building Metrics and Dashboards
Salesforce Developer Certification is required, other certification are highly desirable
