REMOTE
Technical Product Marketing Specialist
Introduction
SAP Global Cloud Services (GCS), Cloud Architecture and Engineering is looking for a to create, organize, manage and present often complex and technical architecture framework collateral for optimal consumption by various GCS roles. Collateral includes onboarding, communication, training, architecture deliverable 'templates', and help documentation.
Job Duties
Evangelize the frameworks

Evangelize the value of the frameworks to our internal customers.
Translate framework features and capabilities into easily consumed and value-add information.
Create various marketing collateral which include presentations, web site welcome pages, and process diagrams among other collateral.

Collect Feedback

Provide product feedback from internal customers to framework owners and DevOps.
Assist in understanding internal customer priorities.

Show Value

Suggest KPI's to measure the impact and value of the frameworks.
Design engaging dashboards to answer questions our customers have.

Pro* Management

Track requests (features, bugs) and communicate with customers and developers on progress.
Run Agile Sprints and Scrum meetings.
Should be a great communicator

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: Remote - Anywhere in the United States
Interview - Phone screen followed by video screen.
If the candidate can showcase their marketing work link in resume that would be great
Start Date: June 1^st
Working closely with other SAP and customer. You will also be responsible for enabling the field and partners with up-to-date collateral, effective tools, and communication. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functionally with the customer.
Should have great communication skill and IT knowledge.
