The purpose of the TIMS role is to support the Claims team by providing up-to-date technical guidance and injury management support on the Insurance for NSW scheme for NSW Ambulance.

This will be a full- time, permanent position based in the Parramatta Office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing technical support to claims teams about the claims management process in line with the applicable legislation
  • Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
  • Provide specialist Injury Management coaching and one on one support to team members regarding claims management strategy and treatment approvals
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures
  • Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
