Credentialing Specialist (Healthcare) | Philippines

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? Peak Support is looking for talented Credentialing Specialists to join our growing team in the Philippines!

We're looking for individuals with:

• Proven experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment
• Strong understanding of payer enrollment processes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans)
• The ability to manage and process provider credentialing and recredentialing applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office applications with average MS Excel skills
• Ability to track, monitor, and follow up on credentialing applications
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with providers, payers, and internal teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

To be successful, you must possess the following:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare BPO
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of provider records and documentation
• Problem-solving skills necessary to identify discrepancies and take appropriate action
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and management to achieve client goals
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and manage shifting priorities
