Job description

Position: Cypress Automation Test Lead

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Candidates from central time zone can work remotely as well locals are still first choice but not mandatory.

Test lead with 8+ Yrs exp
Strong in insurance policy administration life cycle - rate, quote and issue and has demonstrated experience with the process.
Experience as Business analyst/testing exp in General insurance large properties
Strong technical skill in Cypress automation
Formalize the approach, objectives and deliverables.
Able to lead our team through investigations and workshops.
Experience in full SDLC (Agile, Scrum) cycle in general and specific to user requirements gathering, user stories, narratives, product/scrum backlog, sprint planning, backlog grooming, Use Case design and analysis, Scenarios, Business processes, MS Visio, Power Point presentation, process flows, wireframes, technical documentation, QA, QC and UAT activities.
Have Good communication skills.
Develop Automation Test Plan / Strategy
Willing to relocate (& come in person to client's Schaumburg office as needed).
